So many so-called horror films that have come out in the past 10 years have been nothing more than Hollywood trying to hard, and missing the mark completely. The devil's rejects was something different and i liked it.

- The Devil's Rejects contained all the right ingredients for not just a sequel, but another great entertaining movie.Imagine 'Natural Born Killers' meets 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre' with a good deal of black humor and quirky characters thrown in .

Zombie's films are absolute shit. This one is no exception. Uninteresting characters, horrid writing that spends far more time homaging the past (and oftentimes films that we're worth it to begin with) than doing something interesting, stunt casting for the mere sake of it and too many creative choices that offer nothing to the film at all. The only thing that saves this one is the motel scene which is pretty disturbing, but beyond that this isn't anything special. A 1.5, but that motel scene moves me into giving this a 2.
